Speaker Agreement

Dear Qubit Speaker,

Please read carefuly and submit the speaker agreement. If you have any comments or questions please contact: katarina.gambos@qubitconference.com.

Your submittance of the form below indicates that you agree:

1. To give a in person/onsite or pre-recorded virtual presentation in English on the agreed topic at Qubit New York 2021, and to take part in a question and answer session after the presentation as requested / In case of pre-recorded presentation you agree to be available for Q&A session at the time of online broadcasting according to the Event agenda.
2. That you read and familiarized yourself with Qubit Terms & Conditions and you agree to abide by these terms.
3. That you familiarized yourself and you agree with our Privacy policy
4. That as a SME speaker, you are not allowed to present, recommend, or sell any products or services of other companies and that your presentation will be solely focused on industry expertise and educational aspects of the given topic.
5. That you have no right for any compensation or reimbursement of your expenses for your participation in the conference and your presentation (as well as any related rights) will be provided free of charge;
6. That as a speaker, included in your package is the right to attend every other presentation given at the Qubit Conference, including vendor presentations and vendor areas. As a speaker, you are also granted access to all networking events, and complimentary daily meals.
7. That Qubit Conference organizer reserves the right to change the agenda or the exact timing of your presentation. Any changes made will be announced immediately and are to be respected.
8. To warrant that all authors are properly credited in handouts and that none of the presented material presented in the presentation shall infringe any person or entity’s intellectual property right including but not limited to copyright, trademark or trade secret, invade any right of privacy, contain any libelous material, or infringe or violate any other right of any other person or entity.
9. That we can use the audiovisual record and slides from your presentation to publish them on our website. This license applies worldwide and is granted for indefinite time period.

That this Acknowledgement shall be governed by the laws of Slovak Republic and the contracting parties consent to them.
